Poor Management Management knows little about the job but takes decisions based on outdated practices. Most raises and promotions are picked way before the process starts, it's all a farce. Tendency to benefit and reward employees that "work more" independent from quality of such work. People are ceased from their position because management doesn't like them, regardless of quality of work or preparation. Career growth and oportunities are practically non existent, the only benefit management can come up with is money.
