Vantaggi
It’s been less than a year for me here, but I already clearly see a great mission and very dedicated people. High ownership is not just a phrase here, you truly own your results, and initiative is always encouraged and appreciated. The environment is fast-paced but respectful. People are professional, supportive, and genuinely care about what they do. Salary is always paid on time, and the benefits are great - the company has some compensation for any sports activities, health checks, covers for certain home equipment you need for your work, provides English classes, reimburses for the coworking and even has online yoga classes weekly. Management is a big plus: my manager is always ready to listen, open to feedback, and is a truly caring person, not just in words. The company is deeply involved in social causes, and it never feels like PR. You can really tell that leadership has strong values and lives by them. Even though the company is fully remote, there is real effort to connect people offline through well-organized team events. Team buildings are generous and genuinely enjoyable. Growth and learning are strongly encouraged, the company wants to make sure you have the tools, support, and opportunities needed to achieve your goals. If you’re an organized person, it’s absolutely possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance thanks to flexible conditions.
Svantaggi
The environment is demanding, this is not a place where you can stay passive or “just do the minimum.” Because everyone is very dedicated, the bar is high, and there’s no way not to keep up with the pace and expectations. High ownership also means taking full responsibility when things don’t go as planned, which may feel intense for some people. And the company is quite young, so still scaling - some processes are evolving, so not everything is perfectly defined yet (can actually be an advantage for somebody).
