Svantaggi
There a few if any cons with Capstone - all of which are a common denominator of all firms in the industry and have more to do with the career itself than Capstone. -You build your own book - there is no one here that will hand you clients or pass down a book. You are responsible for eating what you kill and building your own practice. However, the longer you are in the business, you have a better chance of having older and younger advisors look to you for help with their cases or clients that need servicing. If you don't have the discipline and ambition to do what it takes to build your own business - this industry is NOT for you. -The first year is a grind - you are essentially starting your own business and in your first year you have no renewal income. When I started I was pulling long days because I would build my book and meet with prospects during the day and do all my securities licensing studying at night. Again not really a con of Capstone but just the career itself. -Sometimes the training room is too cold
