Nothing. It was a great company.

Captaris is an interesting Technology company to work for. The employees are a good team of knowledgable people that are great to work with and learn from. The company is alway pushing into new areas and technologies and it was exciting to be a part of that growth and learning for the company.

Senior Captaris management does not do a good enough job as it should in communicating the goals and strategies to employees. Senior management needs to spend more face-to-face time with employees in the trenches and make them feel a part of the business. There was confusing leadership changes that was not communicated clearly to staff and the transition had a stronger negative impact than it should have, had there been more openness and truthfulness.
