Alot of support this company can provide. Management is very supportive and emphasizes on expanding your skill set. Expectation is a safe intelligent environment.

Svantaggi

Gets busy and not alot of relief or back up plans. At the peak of busy season, schedules become backed up and no systems in place. Having alot of work to do is a good problem but burden on the employees.

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
