The setup is the best I've worked in, this goes for the office, systems, management and overall work family feel.
Since i have joined the business i have done nothing but get my head down and hit every target put in front of me which hasn't gone without recognition, i have felt valued in the half a year ive been here with opportunities such as Team Leader and Account Manager both awarded to me.
I have had multiple mentors since being here helping me improve my sales skills and show me my own potential, Chris Black was a big part in my lead gen journey as both a friend and a role model.
The timetables here are flexible and holidays are usually approved, the managers are fair but firm and display empathy when needed.
The smoothie man is a big bonus as well

From my own experience, the only thing that has left a bad taste in my mouth is lack of solid communication when it comes to changes to both the departments and your own position, the biggest one being when i was stepped down as Team Leader. i was given no rigid feedback on why the decision had been made, no feedback or direction at all, i felt like i excelled at the role so it was a bitter pill to swallow especially after putting so much into it.
