Sometimes staff work longer hours because management is driven.

Absolutely none come to mind.

If you are related to the owners of the company or friends with them you are golden! But if not, good luck!! They have parties at work where A LOT of alcohol is provided and then they encourage people to drive home after drinking for 5+ hours. How this place hasn't got shut down or dinged for work violations is beyond me! It's honestly disgusting to think about how little regard for human life the company has, they allow/EXPECT their employees to DRIVE HOME DRUNK between 4:30pm-5:30pm on a weekday!! Pay sucks, benefits suck, the entire building stinks of mold and mildew, PTO policy sucks, Management & HR people are AWFUL and absolutely useless. You will not advance unless you are a relative by blood or marriage!
