Little to no pros, only positive is that you can make good money as long as you break your back for the company. Give up your social life and suck up to management and let them non stop disrespect you publicly

Extremely toxic culture, really long hours if you wanna make anything above minimum wage expect to work at least 6 days a week with minimum 12 hour days. And even then only if your super favoured by management will you make anything decent. Super disrespectful and horrible attitude towards workers
