Consistent hours, easy entry-level car experience, easy opportunities to get sales-based bonuses, i met the CEO 3 or 4 times and he remembered me (very hands on).

very corporate cheerleader culture, they love meetings and are constantly reviewing every little statistic about your performance. no financial penalties, but it can feel like you get blamed for customer interactions out of your control (ie they dont understand the concept that some people dont want to buy a cheap car for a lot of money). sometimes you can be there later dealing with late customers, and you have to make a crap ton of phone calls.

Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
