Easy to get people a car but what your really selling is the program. Car hop is for people that can't get a car the traditional dealer way. We provide people with little, bad, or no credit get a loan for a "what they need" car. They get a high interest rate but a shorter term and usually as long as they have income they qualify. With good on time payments for 6 months - 1 year they would be able to get a car from a normal lot. Hopefully.

You have to make as close to 100 calls out bound daily. I dislike making calls. But it's to people that are past clients or people who have asked for info from our website. But it's still not very fun.

Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
