Coworkers were fun and it was nice to drive different types of vehicles

The managers play favorites and face the schedule off of favorite employees. They say it’s based on top seller so when she reach a certain threshold, you can make your own schedule but that’s not true. They’ll still work every weekend from 12 to 9 if they don’t like you. They also micromanage like crazy if you’re not one of the favorites, but let the top sellers sit on their desk and be on their phones all day as long as they’re making sales

Little to no worklife balance, toxic positivity (like when they called the meeting about taking away our bonuses “exciting news” and tried to gaslight us as to why this was a good thing), extreme micromanagement, listening to our headsets constantly without us knowing, AI rating our metrics, unrealistic expectations, you basically do 4 jobs in one (at Carvana, appraisals / selling, financial applications and documents / EPUs, sales and customer service were ALL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.
