The managers locally are very nice and try to help you. Most other sales consultants are nice people and easy to work with with a few exceptions.

This company should have the word Greed in its name.The company makes millions of dollars and guess what, they have given one 10 dollar raise in all the years in business. They keep asking you to do more and never compensate at all for it. Its pathetic. The so called leaders at the top just make more and more and dont give anything back to its hard working employees.

Little to no worklife balance, toxic positivity (like when they called the meeting about taking away our bonuses “exciting news” and tried to gaslight us as to why this was a good thing), extreme micromanagement, listening to our headsets constantly without us knowing, AI rating our metrics, unrealistic expectations, you basically do 4 jobs in one (at Carvana, appraisals / selling, financial applications and documents / EPUs, sales and customer service were ALL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.
