Store levels have amazing associates that do care. Open door policy was great for issue resolution. Managers actually boosted morale.

The roll outs and changes on things like the company website interface was corporate listening in the wrong ways. Good intentions poorly executed. Better update your documents and files as well. It's difficult to assist associates with benefits or policy information when the last update was in 2014 and the system has been overhauled many times since. Lack of communication closer to corporate you get. My regional HR team offered me paid leave for relocation while the other regional team I applied to didn't even tell anyone that I had been contacted or interviewed at all for weeks.
