Very good training and mentor program for new sales associates. Overall the product (vehicles) are avg to good quality. The no haggle concept takes a lot of the stress out of the selling process. Can move into middle management if you have the drive.
Svantaggi
Their mandatory Sunday morning sales meeting is so unnecessary for associates that are there more than 6 months (if you are not hitting min goals by then you shouldn't be there). Getting into their Presidents Club level (higher pay) is extremely difficult in some stores.
