Sales commission is cut in half if someone starts on the internet or phone, so you will work twice as hard to help customer through the process, if they have not selected a car in advance or know exactly what they want, they will have a horrible experience, because no one cares about customers who are not ready to buy today. Short staffing in business office and in the shop simply because they don't pay enough, they expect culture to keep new employees coming in the door.
