- Work life balance is pretty good considering it was a sales job (rarely had to go in on my day off) - Can make ok money if you are a hard worker (Most of my paychecks were $1100-$1500 working about 45 hours every 2 weeks) - The people and relationships are the main draw to this company. At my store everyone was super laid back and worked together to achieve common goals vs cross department drama you might see at other dealerships - Its a sales job but I never felt like I had to hound people to buy something. You get paid the same off of every car so its less stressful because there is no reason to upsell.

- Pay is SUPER low for industry average. They also implemented a new system that whenever people call into the store location it gets routed to a call center. If the people talk to anyone there and a car gets placed on hold for them, the commission is automatically split (even if they just make the appointment and you do everything else) - Its retail so the hours are not the best, you will find yourself closing one night then opening the next every so often. - In the past few years they have gotten a lot more corporate and not in a good way.
