This company vibe is poisoned. When I worked there (headquarters) the company was taken hostage by external consultants from practically every consultancy partner you could think of. And most of the people who were actually on the paylist are spoiled predominantly silver spoon white expats desperate to protect their position. The CEO at that time had only one topic. Blitz Growth which refers to the era Germany took over the whole off Europe plunging it into terror. CarNext was highly regarding itself as a startup. But at the time it was backed up by Leaseplan. There was not a real Strategy for Marketing except for sponsoring the helmet of a Formula 1 driver.
