You can truly have a 5 day work week if you're willing to split deals. Some managers are really great. Showroom and shop are truly immaculate. Free lunch on Saturdays. Your desk is actually yours. Potential for promotions. Decent pay plan. Definitely doesn't feel or operate like a traditional dealer.

The cars are not as nice as all the marketing makes you believe. This is especially true with "select" cars. Every select car I sold had a customer complaining/in for service within two weeks. It's hard enough overcoming customer objections on price, trying to sell them damaged/broken cars makes it impossible. Getting only 1 PTO day your first year is virtually inhumane. A company claiming to be so work/life balance friendly really needs to do better. RapidRecon needs to be better utilized across the entire organization. Tracking down a car's whereabouts and status shouldn't be as complicated as it is. Leads definitely aren't always handed out fairly since they're entirely up to sales manager discretion. Having your personal phone number on your business cards and emails is really annoying and can make tracking in the CRM frustrating. Be prepared to deliver bad news like credit rejection.
