Pay is significantly below industry average after agent level, especially if an internal hire. Benefits are so far behind the market that it is almost laughable. No pension though it was promised by the exec at an all associates meeting so you know how good their word is. Shift pattern for team managers is a joke, consistently have to come in on additional weekends due to poor planning. Development pathways is a complete waste of time, again an exercise in favouritism by the Propaganda...I mean People team. No self respect for themselves as a business, taking back former staff who crawl back when they realise BS doesn't sell as well in other companies, how then would they have any respect for staff? All of this comes down to an Exec / Snr Mgmt team who have absolutely no courage to make unpopular calls for the good of the company (not the business) or who have checked out and are simply waiting for a payday from another buyout. Team Managers have been asked to suggest to the 'positive' members of their teams to leave good Glassdoor reviews to counter the truthful ones posted.
