This company takes it's reputation of having probably one of the worst cultures in Ireland very seriously. It's a churn & burn culture, where they hire & fire at free will. Cronyism is the key to keeping your job & I think this leads to a very insecure environment where everyone is putting each other down. Culture is top-down and this possibly comes from one of the founders who is basically unprofessional (ask around & you'll know why). If you ever consider joining, try to get in touch with people who worked there for an honest opinion. Do not fall for the fake 'happy people' image falsely doctored by the "People" team who are the chief politicians here.
