Everything else. Would rate it less than 1 star if it was possible. Ran by two of the most wildly incompetent and generally nasty people on the planet. She is who you'll deal with on a day to day. She likes to shout at and bully her staff, and will always blame those below her without being able to accept any responsibility, or take any constructive criticism. She will make your everyday life hell. He is just awful and belittling. He does hardly any work and when his "expertise" are needed elsewhere in the company he is nowhere to be found. He is so out of touch with the goings on of his own business, surprised the place is still running. He will try and make you feel small and stupid in front of the entire office if you make the smallest mistake (seen him get basic maths wrong ironically). He will make your life hell in a different way. There is no structure to speak of, the staff pretty much run the operation themselves until a higher up decides to take an interest. As the review before mine states, the staff all come together to get each other through the days (apart from the sneaky few). Wouldn't apply here if it was the last company on earth. Don't do it to yourself.
