Salary is good for a young start-up. Diverse backgrounds get a chance.

Toxic workplace. Management has extreme mood swings and is not trustworthy. The place aggregates employees that depend on the job for visa purposes. No proper skill vetting before people are employed. Pretends to be a young start-up but given the size (70+ people) and age (5+ years) it severely lacks professionalism. No HR department. Intransparent funding situation. No interest in staff development. No employee stock option even for early employees. High turnover of staff. CEO philosophy is to fire a percentage people on a regular basis to replace with 'better performing' people. Poor management of external relations.
