Vantaggi
Easy to pick up the different skills required like operating the tills, putting out delivery and just general tidying of cards. Staff who join at the same time tend to be very nice and easy to get along with and the shifts aren't too long so not overly stressed. Pay is alright too and it's a free uniform
Svantaggi
Where to start, the temporary staff get treated like dirt and the staff who have been there longer tend to act as if they are above you and the staff I worked with told the manager lies about me. Been refused hours for minimal things such as turning up a bit tired to the early morning shift, which no one can help. When I called to get my hours changed as I had specifically said I couldn't work on that day I kept being told the manager wasn't in and it couldn't be solved until she was in, by which time it was 'too short notice' and would be kept on record. But they expect you to drop everything your doing to come into a shift 1 in advance. There was also no proper training carried out and things where never explained which caused temporary staff to be shouted at for not understanding.
