Great training, nice Agent Support Reps

Everything else. I should have listened to the other reviews. We were lied to from the beginning about the structure of the company and its goals. 24 reps were hired and several were fired after one week. By the end of six weeks all were let go except two. Even if you sell something expect to be let go as well. Salary and commission are a joke. You will not get what you are promised. They do not know how to run a company.

Takes awhile to build up enough accounts to get residuals, Small base offered as a W2, 1099 plan is better in my opinion. I'm sure some would disagree as straight commission can be unerving to some.

With that said the only Con would be the result of an unmotivated employee or agent not taking advantage of the multiple educational and support resources available.
