1. Toxic management culture with lack of respect toward employees 2. No recognition for hard work or achievements rather you get only shoutings. 3. Unrealistic plannings, expectations and constant pressure. 4.Poor work life balance; long hours treated as normal. 5.Micromanagement and lack of trust in employees. 6.Frequent blame culture instead of problem solving approach 7.No clear processes or structured leadership. 8.Management thinks they are perfect and they know everything.

HR is only one in management who behaves professionally.

Worked for 3 months, management is highly toxic and creates negative working environment. No respect for employees. Employees treated like replaceable resources. Micro management is extreme, there is zero trust in employees. Blame culture is common. credit is taken, mistakes are pushed on to employees. Few management people are acting like hitler. Management is behind personal growth , instead of company growth. Management thinks employees works only if they shout.
