Totally lacking in organisation - mandatory team days/evenings at short notice, office days swapped short notice (tricky if you live a distance away and were clear about this in interview) Helicopter management, team leader actually had no control but all meetings held with them rather than the one actually making any decisions. No training - particularly worrying as dealing with intricacies of student records. Cliquey environment - narcissistic manager who did everything for show, even though staff repeatedly stated we needed actual training and support. Terrible work/life balance Too few staff for certain roles meaning overtime was continually expected rather than optional.
