Strong initial communication very friendly and normal vendor process

After confirming work together in writing, communication broke down, contract is half executed leaving me unable to fill the date and unable to get a response from my contact at the company. Communication has been non-existent leaving my business in a state of limbo as other people are looking for work under the accepted time period that Cardinal Corp agreed to work with me.
