Almost everything, the management treats you with zero respect unless you sell your soul to them. The environment here is very stressful because of the micromanagement. You are viewed as “lazy” if you aren’t enslaved during the entire shift and killing yourself for a company who couldn’t give a damn about the employee. Even getting a water break will get you disciplined. The employees are desperately in need of a union for proper representation and for their voices to actually matter. They train management to be very anti-employee, supervisors are NOT your friend. The raises are ridiculous. Work yourself to death for a .30¢ raise/year on average. Favoritism is rampant as well. Don’t work here long term if you don’t plan on having chronic back pain for the rest of your life. Oh and if you happen to get injured and have to file worker’s comp, good luck. They’ll find every reason to not provide it to you.
