Honestly can’t say much as didn’t really speak to anyone who hired me, ever. Left to your own devices majority of the time, perhaps under the watch of a supervisor here and there - who will try to convince you to forget about work and go to their house around the corner instead. Good intentions? I think not.
Pays never right, either pay less and takes fight after fight to get what you're owed or over pay you and take it back off you without considering the tax you on it and refusing to give you the tax back. No support from management they will have you working 24 hour shifts if they can and moaning when you need a day off after working an 80+ hour week no standard in guards they employ so if you want a smooth running job do not choose cardinal.
