People get jobs they are not qualified for due to favoritism and when A qualified individual comes in who has more experience then the entire department combined their ideas are pushed to the back burner. They will tell you how great of a worker you are and then go behind your back and file bogus claims about you. Was thrown into job that no one knew anything about, so there was hardly any job training and once I finally caught up on the work I got fired on bogus claims. It is a shame because I could've overlooked all the cons due to my love for the actual job but in the end they let drama run their company.
