I joined the company as an apprentice and have now been here for almost 11 years. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills, take on more responsibility, and progress into a much more technical role. The company offers plenty of variety, trust, and opportunity if you’re willing to learn and get involved. The people are supportive, and it’s rewarding to work on software that has a real purpose within the care sector.

The business is currently focused on launching and improving a new product while also keeping up with important standards and requirements. This can sometimes make things feel busy, reactive, and a little thinly spread across teams.

Things move quickly in terms of product updates and internal priorities, which can be a challenge at times when balancing customer work. On the flip side, it shows the business isn’t standing still and is constantly working to improve.
