OK - Recensione dipendente - Healthcare Assistant presso CareChoice

Not well managed when it comes to employees. High turnover of staff, canteen for staff is dull and dreadful, lockers provided but not enough for everyone and items have to be left all over the floor, shifts are long and causing employee burnout. Company don't do an employee survey to find out the issues. Some staff not great with residents. Definite breaches. One resident saw a carer approaching them and said "please don't hurt me" to which the carer laughed and proceeded to man handle her like a doll. Unable to say anything and was advised " I will be targeted". Hard to fit in if your irish.
