None. This company is the worst. The CEO is slime and makes it look like he cares about donating money when he only does is to get a nice tax write off. Employees are forced to donate money and the company gets the benefit of a tax write off. I’m not joking, every department has come up with a certain amount of money weather it’s having a bake sale, raffle or whatever. What ever money is lacking the employees are bullied to come up with the remainder out of their pockets. Why doesn’t the millionaire CEO donate his own money???

I find it hilarious that within 6 months this companies ratings have gone from 2 stars to 3.2 stars. They finally got the message that nobody wants to work here so they had to write a bunch of fake reviews to jack the ratings up. When you read “l love care one” or “best place to work” it’s almost comical. This place is a horrible place to work! The company rules by threats and intimidation! Someone needs to be a whistle blower and let it be known about all the fraud and unethical treatment of residents that goes on at this place. I have witnessed it first hand. Upper management forces therapists to keep patients in the facility much longer than they need to be there. It’s all about the all mighty dollar at CareOne! Therapists are threatened and bullied during snow storms to come in to RUG levels can be made. They want you to drive in a blizzard so they don’t lose a few dollars, they could care less if you crash your car and kill yourself or someone else. Don’t work here or EVER send a love one to this place. This place is also completely disorganized and things are always changing and upper management is always quitting or getting fired.
