Managment is a joke. Development is hectic due to pathetic planning and execution. Since the product is already built there is not much challenging and to learn. Toxic environment. Old employees behaves like they are above all, and treats the new joiners ( be it fresher or experienced) like a joke. Unrealistic timelines which force us to build low quality buggy features.
