HR team is really trying to increase the rating by posting fake reviews with complete positive and zero negative points. New candidates please be aware. Find a person from LinkedIn who worked here before and know the pros and cons and take a decision. Don't fall in their trap. Join only if the positives and negatives are okay to you. Politics If you have a good connection with seniors , you will have a good time. For the career growth, be ready to drink and smoke with them. Toxic place where relationships are treated like terrorist activities. Employees have no importance, you will get no respect No one will appreciate you for your hard work because they say they pay you for the hard work. So don't be a fool to think you will get an appreciation word. If they don't like you , they will tell you to leave the very next day. No job security.
