Pay is on the low end with no raises ever. There was always "talks" but nothing ever came about. You will be put on more and more accounts as your time there grows. Depending on what accounts, and what shift you have, there is rarely any real down-time, or a chance for a breather. Service desk is very often overlooked, overworked, and under recognized, especially considering raises are non-existent. Trying to chase any offered bonus WILL burn you out very quick.
