-Growth Oriented: This company has a ton of room for growth and will help it's employees grow as well. I started as an Intern in 2012 when the company was just a few people. The company has quadrupled in size and now I'm leading the development of one of our largest clients. -Team Oriented: Since I have started I have had the pleasure of meeting many new team members. The common thing we all share is a desire to help each other succeed. With such a large client base and by comparison such a small team we have to work together if we want to win together. We have a great team and everyone is vital to the overall success of the company. -Client Oriented: I have personally spoken with thousands of different clients since I have worked here. Although it didn’t seem like a big deal at first, the most important characteristic of our company is our relationship with the client. As a sales person who has worked with Companies who have put themselves before the client, it really is a breath of fresh air to work for a company that takes the opposite approach. It means a lot to employees when you hear clients rave about your service rather than rant about it.

Our team is very lean for the amount of customers we have. The problem with having a really lean team is that its much tougher to take vacation or get out of the office. As we grow as a company this should change for the better. As a company that builds a great hiring system we are not immune from the challenges of hiring. We will go through periods where we are understaffed.
