Approval for holidays is also dependent on your team lead, and usually, unless the team is very busy, it's easy to file for holidays even a week from the date - Free lunch and snacks - the free lunch is really helpful if you're living by yourself - Amazing programmers - CareSharing's developers are really good in their respective fields. Working with CareSharing is a great opportunity to work with and learn from them. - Bosses and senior devs are approachable - they're very open and don't have that aura where you feel like you can't talk to them. The senior devs are very helpful if/when you have programming questions. - High salary
