Vantaggi
Kitchen staff were great to work with
Svantaggi
Let me start out by saying that the people I worked with were wonderful. The real issue lies with management. I worked here for a month, and in that time I worked my weekends in the kitchen by MYSELF (good thing i dont have seizures or didnt fall and hit my head, i wouldnt have been found for a long time had it happened) with a dietary aide who was unable to help me because she was drowning in her own work. The kitchen is filthy because they are so short staffed that there isn't time to get cleaning done properly. Serving any meal is a nightmare as they can't keep aides or even help the residents. When people bring up concerns you're told that nobody is applying and you basically have to suffer. You are doing the job of 2 to 3 people while being paid for the rate of one. Nobody in the kitchen gets paid enough to work there. When I went to hr and the boss about my concerns of being overworked and not paid enough, I was let go. Not to mention, the benefits aren't even worth it. $800+ a month for insurance on me and one child. Save yourself the headache and don't even consider this place.
