Good vacation and time off - I was able to take extended time off with team members to help while out of office. Some managers and colleagues were very kind and supportive.

The organization was busy everyday, and many were very overworked. I was fighting fires every single day, and found it hard to get out of the hole even with extra help. Some colleagues were super lazy, which caused extra work for some, and at times made work really challenging. At the time I left the organization, there were huge process improvement initiatives, so hopefully things got better.
