Good employer, with good benefits and with traditionally a big focus on "people first". World's largest privately owned company -> the long term planning is more present and consistent than in an average publicly traded company.

The large reorganizations in the recent couple of years are changing the atmosphere towards less focused on "people first". Still a good company to work for even after that, but admittedly getting more stressful and the workload is growing.
