A lot of smart, young talent, good concept

There are a lot of problems and it all stems from mismanagement. I have been in successful start-up environments and this is the most toxic environment I have ever seen. I was committed to the vision and put in many hours to try to help the company succeed but ultimately careless and irresponsible decisions by both Founders has hurt many people. Yes, the moral is terrible but that is the expected outcome considering all the mismanagement. Exhausted and limited list below: • Laid off 50% of the staff over the last few weeks • Some people were hired within a few weeks or less from good paying jobs to be now in a situation of hardship • Although severance was given to some it was too modest to count for much especially since the PTO policy is unlimited therefore providing no one accrued paid time off in the exit • The Co-Founder and President chose favoritism over talent and skill, very political, all talk and no action, deceitful and dishonest • The Founder and CEO was out of touch and unplugged from the overall business, put his trust in the wrong person to go into business with • Bad business decisions by Founders for political gain and control as the management structure started to change nine months ago • High Burn on funds due to throwing people at the problems instead of hiring experienced people to create processes and efficiencies, always reactive never pro-active • High Burn on funds also due to creating agreements with customers that were at a loss to the business, bad deals done and an attitude that they did not care as long as they showed revenue

Toxic “just do your job” and don’t question culture”which starts at the top with C level leadership. They have no strategy and blame employees for lack of growth. No career path, no clear expectations for employees, no collaboration.
