Where do I begin. You will be taught nothing other than to read from a script. The micromanagement that goes on here is astounding. This “work from home” job is more of a “never able to leave your desk” job. Every second of your day is scoured over while they provide no assistance to help you succeed. Want a bathroom break after you’ve already used your 10 minute break ? Think again. If 5 out of the 100+ employees use PTO on a single day, then that day is locked out and no one else can use PTO that day. So be prepared to not have any vacation approved. Constantly changing the compensation plan to equal out to less pay for employees and more metrics to micromanage. Performance success coaches do not coach. They read from a script that their higher ups are telling them to tell you so they can have ammo, so if one little thing is not to their liking then they can say “we warned you”. They do not care about employees they just want someone with a pulse that can read a script word -for-word. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
