Unrealistic work expectations is at the top of the list. My manager expected me to work around the clock and micromanage me day in day out. Management 101 is that this technique only decreases productivity for everyone involved. The office is falling apart and needs to be renovated. Their training manager has a personality that is not suitable for training new employees. You need someone who is welcoming, not a constant frown and rude demeanor. There is a right and wrong way of treating people and I recommend she takes a business communication course. When I was interviewed, I was asked the same questions by every person I spoke to. This is a real ineffective use of their time. They need to reevaluate how they interview people. It is a shame their sales staff are told there is no cap on their earnings but there is no way they could reach a comfortable salary without compromising their work/life balance. While their sales staff are being micromanaged, their executives are making 6 figures and playing with excel sheets as they don't invest in the right technologies to save time. All they care about are how many hits their web site gets. They have it all backwards. It's a shame as the business concept has a nice story but it has gone horribly wrong along the way due to greed and bad business practices.
