Stressfull job with little time for clients. - Recensione dipendente - Residential Support Worker presso Carinity

Really enjoyed my time working for Carinity, great team and support from colleagues. Friendly residents and families. Overall really nice staff.

Poor support from management. Support came from other nurses and colleagues but 0 support/learning/reflective practices used by management or clinical nurse. Also, high turnover in designated management roles, swapping of CN and RM, unstable management impacts the staff on the floor. Very reflective in certain areas where workers struggled.

The front line staff are previous carers. This means they really understand and genuinely care about their workers, clients, mental health, and working conditions. If something is an issue they will ensure that the problem is fixed immediately. A truly caring, brilliant branch to work at and if I didn't live so far away, I never would have left.

Cannot think of any, some people may think the travel is an issue. However, if they live close by then, it is fine.
