Some positive culture changes in the past year with new leadership

The entire organization has a huge culture problem. There is a mass firing every year, followed by a mass exodus of people leaving to go work for sports agencies or different teams. There is absolutely no structure for growth- you see people stay as an assistant for 4+ years without any mention of a promotion. They also do not hire internally for roles. Each department is completely separated in different offices, so if your department has bad culture you are completely screwed. Directors keep doors closed (physically and metaphorically) so there is no communication up or down the chain.
