Ummm, let's see, you get paid every week as opposed to biweekly. They do give you a discount on the cakes and pies, but you have to pay cash to get the discount.

You start out making very little regardless of your experience in the food industry. Management is very immature and unprofessional, will think nothing to start yelling at a particular employee in front of everyone, instead of taking them aside and having a private conversation to fix the problem. Any overtime that you work, isn't legal pay. Be prepared to be overworked and underpaid. The employees that have been with carousel for 10+ years are treated like gold, even if they do little work and are illegally in this country.
