Too old organization. Using IBM ERP which was developed in 1980s. Learing the processes and systems that other organization never use them 21st centry. Complicated process equal to no efficiency no effective. Management pushing sales rep to boost the sales by saying how many people at the mill is idle and work half a month due to no sales PO and how many people getting laid off etc. definitely not a company for young people to join unless you r looking for a secured job.
