Very poor employer - Recensione dipendente - Support Practitioner presso Carr Gomm

Very poor management. Little notice of rota. Constantly contacting you on days off and pressure to cover extra shifts/change shifts with hours notice. Large staff turnover. Managers take no responsibility for low staff morale. Managers always looking to blame staff for everything. Not supportive of staff at all.
