Very professional firm with a large, diverse client base that is great for networking and exposure in various industries. CRI allows you to do high level work, but still offers the flexibility for a personal life and family time, which is a great find in public accounting. The partners in Nashville are very generous and great to work with and learn from.

As the company is growing rapidly via acquisitions and trying to bring uniformity, changes in policies and systems are a regular occurrence, which is a headache to adjust to. Also, different offices have different cultures, including the corporate headquarters, and I can only speak for Nashville's group as having a great group of people to work with. Overall, there are not many cons--it's a great place to work.
